Key Responsibilities
- Explore and select engaging fiction stories from a wide-ranging inventory to captivate our subscribers.
- Collaborate with team members to design themed book assortments that surprise and inspire readers.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing inventory to guarantee prompt and precise distribution of books.
- Work alongside the publishing team to acquire fresh and exciting book titles for the subscription service.
- Contribute to the creation of compelling marketing materials promoting curated book collections.
- Deliver outstanding customer support by addressing subscriber queries and feedback.
- Innovate and propose ideas to enhance the book selection and curation process, boosting customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed and accurate daily order records to ensure transparency and accountability.
