They are offering a remote, part-time internship aimed at college students interested in gaining practical exposure in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, and Customer Experience. The internship involves managing real-world challenges in India's complex logistics environment, including shipment tracking, coordination with delivery partners, and customer communication from order confirmation through final delivery.

Role Responsibilities

Initiate professional contact with customers following order confirmation.
Communicate delivery schedules clearly and ensure customer awareness of the process.
Select the most suitable delivery partner by assessing available options for each shipment.
Prepare shipping labels and coordinate with dispatch teams to facilitate shipment processing.
Monitor and track shipments to guarantee timely pickups.
Observe shipment transit between cities, identifying delays or irregularities.
Collaborate with delivery partners to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Engage with customers when intervention regarding delivery is necessary.
Pursue resolution for unattempted, delayed, lost, or problematic shipments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date status dashboards for assigned AWBs.

Working Hours and Format

The internship is strictly part-time, requiring approximately 2 hours daily, designed specifically for college students. This role emphasizes logistics coordination and operational decision-making rather than sales or call-center functions.

Candidate Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a remote internship, able to start between September 10, 2026, and October 15, 2026, and commit to a one-month duration. Candidates should possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for supply chain and operations roles.

Additional Information

Stipend: ₹5000-5001 per month
