About the Role
Join Art Therapy, a Made-in-India direct-to-consumer brand dedicated to bringing the therapeutic benefits of creativity to people through uniquely designed paint-by-number and DIY painting kits. As part of a small, agile team based in Pune, you will be key to ensuring smooth office operations that support the creative and business functions of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage small yet critical tasks personally such as purchasing stationery, making supply runs, and handling minor pick-ups or urgent fixes.
- Coordinate with service providers like cleaners, electricians, plumbers, and internet suppliers by placing requests, following up regularly, and confirming job completions, though not performing the physical work yourself.
- Ensure the office environment is neat and fully functional with essential amenities like Wi-Fi, electricity, AC, lighting, furniture, and equipment all working properly for employees and interns.
- Maintain inventory of essential office supplies including water, pantry items, stationery, cleaning products, and printer paper, proactively replenishing before stocks run out.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, confirm dates, and persistently follow up until deliveries or services are completed satisfactorily.
- Handle courier and dispatch tasks by running errands such as post office visits, courier pickups and drops, bank runs, and other supply errands, using personal or hired transport like two-wheelers or ride-sharing services.
- Maintain daily attendance logs for the team and assist with office setups, moving boxes, and tactical help during shoots or events.
- Keep a straightforward operations log and petty cash/expense records along with receipts, while escalating major spends and decisions to the founder's office.
Eligibility Criteria
- The internship is open exclusively to candidates available for a part-time schedule and who can begin between September 10, 2026, and October 15, 2026.
- Candidates must commit to the full six-month duration of the internship.
