Internship Responsibilities
- Develop and modify 2D AutoCAD drawings tailored to specific project needs such as GNA and TDS documentation.
- Create detailed 3D models using SolidWorks and conduct load and stress simulation analyses for bespoke expansion joint profiles, with a critical emphasis on precision and thorough supervisory reviews.
- Generate photorealistic 3D visualizations using rendering software like KeyShot or Lumion to effectively showcase products at client locations.
- Address client requests for quotations by accurately correlating requirements to product catalogs, subject to validation by senior engineers.
- Prepare comprehensive material submittals, technical data sheets, and bill of quantity (BOQ) take-offs for ongoing projects across India, the Middle East, and Singapore.
- Familiarize and gain expertise with the complete product portfolio including WT series, Z-series, D3200, OF4100, CFH, and GEN1000B.
- For Bangalore-based interns: collaborate closely with the technical lead on product design and load simulations for projects within India and abroad.
- For Mumbai-based interns: assist quality control and production operations through inspections, documentation management, and coordination with vendors.
- Utilize AI technologies such as ChatGPT and Claude daily to draft, review, and expedite faultless technical documentation.
- Contribute to the growth of the engineering back office and quality control teams, with outstanding performers having opportunities for full-time employment and defined career advancements.
Candidate Requirements
- Applicants must be willing and able to commit to a full-time, on-site internship.
- Availability to commence the internship between August 31, 2026, and October 5, 2026.
- Ability to participate in the entire 6-month duration.
- Residence in either Mumbai or Bangalore is mandatory.
- Possession of relevant technical skills and a strong interest in the field of mechanical engineering is required.
Additional Information
- Stipend ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 per month.
- A total of 4 internship openings are available.
- Successful interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon completion.
