About the Internship
Join IHCL (The Indian Hotels Company Limited), part of the esteemed Taj Group and the Tata enterprise, as a Learning & Development intern in Delhi. This role offers a unique chance to gain practical exposure in the hospitality industry while honing your capabilities in employee training and development. Work alongside the learning and development team to facilitate and enhance training programs that support the growth of IHCL’s workforce.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in designing captivating training content using Microsoft PowerPoint and other multimedia tools.
- Organize and manage the logistics of training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth execution and active engagement.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to collect feedback for continuous improvement of training initiatives.
- Leverage your interpersonal abilities to establish connections with employees and trainers.
- Document training events through photography and videography to capture key moments.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, documentation, and data entry with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally with team members and external collaborators.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Delhi.
- Internship start date should be between August 16, 2026 and September 20, 2026.
- Commitment to a 6-month internship duration is required.
- Candidates should demonstrate relevant skills and a keen interest in learning and development.
Additional Details
Compensation: A monthly stipend of INR 5,000 to 5,001 is offered.
