Stirring Minds, a leading startup incubator in India, invites proactive and motivated individuals to join as Lead Generation interns. This opportunity offers the chance to immerse yourself in lead identification, qualification, and nurturing to help convert prospects into customers. You will partner closely with the sales team to create and execute lead generation tactics, monitor performance metrics, and assist in managing the sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and identify potential leads via online platforms, networking, and cold calling.
- Engage with leads to understand their needs and evaluate their suitability as customers.
- Maintain ongoing communication to build relationships and follow up effectively.
- Support in devising and applying strategies to reach targeted audiences for lead generation.
- Analyze lead generation data to improve tactics and overall effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to manage pipeline activities and ensure prompt follow-ups.
- Participate in team discussions to innovate and enhance lead generation approaches.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Full-time availability for an in-office internship.
- Start date between September 28, 2026, and November 2, 2026.
- Commitment to a six-month internship duration.
- Relevant skills and genuine interest in sales and lead generation.
Additional Information
- Stipend Range: ₹8,500 to ₹12,000 per month, composed of a fixed monthly pay between ₹8,000 and ₹10,000 plus incentives ranging from ₹500 to ₹2,000 monthly.
