Internship Overview
This internship role involves comprehensive legal responsibilities primarily focused on matters related to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). You will be engaged in drafting and filing complaints, preparing replies and legal submissions, managing disputes covering refunds, possession, and delay issues, as well as representing cases before RERA benches and appellate tribunals.
Responsibilities
- Draft legal complaints and submit them to RERA authorities.
- Prepare replies, rejoinders, written submissions, interim and execution applications.
- Manage issues related to refunds, possession, interest, compensation, delay, and builder defaults.
- Appear before RERA benches and appellate tribunals for hearings.
- Monitor hearing schedules, court orders, compliance mandates, and progress of execution.
- Argue cases involving interim reliefs, maintainability, compensation, execution, and compliance challenges.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available to work part-time and commit to a 1-month internship duration.
- Availability to start between September 21, 2026, and October 26, 2026, is required.
- Candidates should possess relevant legal knowledge and interest in RERA-related matters.
- Preference is given to those with prior experience in RERA cases, especially within Uttar Pradesh RERA jurisdiction.
