About the internship
Internship Overview
The selected candidate will actively engage in drafting and submitting complaints before Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) bodies. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents such as replies, rejoinders, written submissions, interim and execution applications. The intern will manage cases regarding refunds, possession disputes, interest claims, compensations, delays, and defaults by builders. Additionally, appearing before RERA benches and appellate tribunals forms a core part of the role. Monitoring hearing schedules, orders, compliance, and execution processes is essential, as well as arguing matters related to interim relief, maintainability, and compensation.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available to start between August 17, 2026, and September 21, 2026.
- The position requires a commitment of one month on a part-time basis.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills and interest in legal research, drafting, and statutory compliances.
- Preference is given to those with prior experience in RERA-related matters, specifically with practice at Uttar Pradesh RERA.
