Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective clients through outbound calls to generate new leads and arrange appointments for the sales team.
- Support market research efforts and analyze competitors to discover fresh business prospects.
- Work alongside the sales department to craft and execute strategies aimed at meeting sales objectives.
- Deliver excellent customer support by addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records accurately using CRM tools.
