Yaper Second Income LLP, a fintech start-up founded by IIT alumni in 2019 and located in Gurgaon, is offering an inside sales internship focused on assisting credit cardholders in generating additional income through maximizing rewards and cashbacks. Interns will engage with users to facilitate onboarding and provide ongoing user support, contributing to the company’s mission of transforming credit cards into income assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential users.
- Identify and address user concerns while guiding them through the onboarding procedure.
- Maintain and achieve assigned key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Offer user support through calls and WhatsApp communications.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time internship at the company’s Gurgaon office.
- Ability to start the internship between September 28 and November 2, 2026.

Skills and Qualifications
- Prior sales experience is desirable.
- Strong spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in client interaction, business development, effective communication, negotiation, customer support, and customer acquisition.
Compensation and Perks
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹11,000 to ₹14,000, including a fixed pay component of ₹10,000–₹12,000 and incentive pay between ₹1,000 and ₹2,000.
- Certificate of internship completion and letter of recommendation.
- Potential to receive a job offer with an annual salary ranging from ₹200,000 to ₹250,000 upon successful conversion to a full-time role.
