This internship with Karishmatic Star Studios offers an opportunity to engage in business development, particularly within the fashion sector. Interns will be responsible for identifying and onboarding fashion brands, manufacturers, artisans, and sellers from across India. The role entails extensive outreach via calls and WhatsApp, pitching products effectively, negotiating deals, and maintaining ongoing relationships through regular follow-ups. Additionally, interns will manage the seller pipeline CRM system and work towards monthly onboarding targets.

Required Skills and Knowledge

- Knowledge about product cataloging, inventory management, order processing, shipping, and handling returns
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
