Business Development Intern (Sales)

About the Internship

This role involves managing inbound leads and engaging with potential customers effectively. You will assess their requirements and provide tailored information and guidance to help them make informed decisions. Communication channels such as calls and WhatsApp will be used to follow up on leads. You will also assist in counselling customers by explaining various products and services offered. Maintaining accurate records of leads and customers in the CRM system and supporting the sales team to meet monthly objectives are key responsibilities. Scheduling meetings with prospects and nurturing positive customer relations will be essential. Additionally, preparing basic reports and providing consistent updates to your reporting manager will be required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
• The internship starts between September 16, 2026, and October 31, 2026.
• The duration of the internship is six months.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills and interests related to the role.
• The opportunity is open to women looking to start or restart their careers.

Compensation and Benefits

A monthly stipend of INR 3000 will be provided. Successful interns will receive a certificate upon completion.
