Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective B2C clients for business development.
- Maintain and update a detailed database of leads.
- Initiate client engagement through telephonic and email communication.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend fitting insurance products.
- Support in drafting proposals and preparing presentations.
- Oversee sales pipelines alongside related documentation and data entry tasks.
- Ensure CRM systems reflect accurate and current data.
- Participate actively in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
- Collaborate with leading financial influencers nationwide to optimize client conversion campaigns.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore.
- Internship start date must be between October 9, 2026, and November 13, 2026.
- Commitment to a four-month internship duration is required.

- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.

Stipend and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from INR 22,000 to 30,000, composed of a fixed ₹20,000 base and ₹2,000 to ₹10,000 in incentives.
- On successful internship completion and conversion, expected annual salary is ₹400,000 to ₹500,000.
