About the internship
About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in comprehensive HR functions within a vibrant natural aroma product brand based in Mumbai. Interns will work Monday through Saturday, from 10 AM to 7 PM, engaging in varied HR activities that support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in talent sourcing from multiple platforms and maintain recruitment pipelines and trackers.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Support preparation of offer letters and onboarding documentation, as well as organize induction and training schedules.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives by organizing activities and conducting feedback surveys.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist in attendance, leave management, and monthly reporting.
- Contribute to drafting and enhancing HR policies and internal communications.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be available for full-time, in-office internship from 6th October to 10th November 2026, with a commitment of 3 months.
- Relevant skills and interest in HR functions are essential; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably a graduate candidate.
Compensation and Perks
- A monthly stipend ranging between 11,000 and 15,000 INR.
- Certificate of internship completion and potential job offer upon performance-based conversion.
- Upon successful transition to a full-time role, expected annual salary ranges from 360,000 to 420,000 INR.
