Join Adex Media Hub as a Human Resources intern to actively participate in key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. This internship offers hands-on experience and an opportunity to develop strong communication skills alongside proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Office. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules to streamline the recruitment process.
- Support new employee onboarding to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture.
- Engage with staff to promote a positive and motivating workplace atmosphere.
- Use MS-Excel to analyze HR-related data and generate reports for managerial review.
- Improve internal communication methods to facilitate clear and effective information flow among teams.
- Collaborate with different departments to organize HR initiatives and corporate events.
- Undertake additional HR-related tasks as assigned to contribute to team success.
