We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals eager to launch their careers in sales and business development to join our team at Adex Media Hub, based in Noida. This internship will provide hands-on experience in lead generation, client relationship management, and formulation of sales strategies within a dynamic marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in cold calling to approach prospective clients, aiming to generate leads and arrange meetings.
- Use Microsoft Excel to organize and evaluate sales data, aiding in the strategic planning process.
- Create and execute impactful sales strategies to enhance revenue streams.
- Maintain professional and persuasive communication to build and nurture client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to fulfill assigned targets and goals.
- Support the preparation of proposals and presentations geared towards potential clients.
- Manage client information accurately by effectively utilizing the CRM system.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between August 20, 2026, and September 24, 2026, with a commitment of three months. Relevant skills and enthusiasm for sales are essential. Women aiming to initiate or re-enter their professional journey are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Skills Required

Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹17,000, divided into a fixed base pay of ₹6,000–₹12,000 plus additional incentives of ₹2,000–₹5,000. Interns will also receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
