This role allows you to immerse yourself in the full spectrum of HR activities, including onboarding new employees, managing employee engagement initiatives, organizing HR documentation, and supporting payroll and HR policies. Utilizing your MS-Excel skills, you will generate insightful HR reports to aid organizational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and streamline the onboarding experience for new team members.
- Contribute to initiatives promoting employee engagement and workplace morale.
- Maintain and organize confidential HR documents with precision and care.
- Support everyday HR functions such as interview scheduling and database upkeep.
- Assist in formulating and rolling out HR policies and procedures.
- Help manage payroll processing while ensuring legal compliance.
- Use MS-Excel to analyze HR data and generate useful reports.
Eligibility Criteria
