Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and coordinating interviews.
- Help organize employee training programs and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and ensure adherence to corporate policies and regulations.
- Support performance management processes by assisting in evaluations and feedback cycles.
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion activities to foster an equitable workplace culture.
- Collaborate on special HR projects and employee engagement events.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department to facilitate smooth operations.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from INR 12,500 to INR 22,500.
- Stipend includes a fixed component of INR 2,500 to INR 7,500 plus incentives between INR 10,000 and INR 15,000 per month.
- Flexible working hours and a five-day workweek.
- Certificate of internship completion and letter of recommendation provided.
