This internship offers practical exposure in Human Resources within a prestigious Ayurvedic healthcare setting. The intern will be involved in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, payroll assistance, and organizing employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and recruiting suitable candidates for open positions.
- Screening and shortlisting applicants' resumes effectively.
- Coordinating interview schedules and communications.
- Providing support during joining formalities and employee onboarding.
- Helping prepare and maintain employee documentation.
- Tracking and managing attendance and leave requests.
- Assisting with payroll data entry and related tasks.
- Maintaining HR Management Information Systems and employee data records.
- Planning and organizing activities to foster employee engagement.
- Overseeing exit procedures for departing employees.
- Handling employee queries and providing timely responses.
- Offering support for general HR administrative duties.
