Internship Overview
This internship program targets postgraduates graduating in 2026 and 2027. It commences with a 45-day training phase, followed by a three-month hands-on internship. Outstanding interns may earn the chance to transition into a permanent full-time position via a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) depending on their performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage internal training workshops and employee engagement initiatives.
- Serve as a communication link between employees and interns by addressing routine HR questions and disseminating announcements.
- Assist the human resources department with everyday administrative duties and coordination efforts.
