This internship offers a structured path starting with a 45-day training followed by a 3-month hands-on internship, culminating in the possibility of a pre-placement offer (PPO) for a full-time position based on your performance.

Roles and Responsibilities
Interns will support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of web applications utilizing the MERN technology stack including MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and NestJs frameworks.
Program Structure and Timeline
- Application screening process includes profile shortlisting and online interviews in October followed by in-person interviews in November.
- Training phase runs January to February 2027 with a stipend of ₹25,000.
- Subsequent internship tenure is March to May 2027, also with a monthly stipend of ₹25,000.
- Post internship, candidates may receive a PPO for full-time employment depending on demonstrated performance, professionalism, and consistency, with offered CTC ranging from ₹4.2 to ₹6 lakhs per annum.
Additional Information
Upon successful completion of training, interns will be assigned to client organizations and are expected to work from the selected client locations, with choices available across multiple cities in India including Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Jaipur, Noida, Bangalore, and Kochi.
