Internship Overview

This internship offers the opportunity to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for varied job profiles, from understanding hiring needs through candidate sourcing to finalizing hires. The role includes screening applications, interviewing candidates, and liaising with hiring teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Additionally, interns will assist with onboarding and aid in constructing efficient, high-performing teams while maintaining detailed recruitment records and candidate databases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for multiple job profiles, beginning with hiring requirement analysis and leading through to candidate selection.
• Evaluate applications, shortlist prospects, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders throughout the hiring stages.
• Independently manage several open positions, ensuring timely fulfillment of recruitment needs.
• Support onboarding processes and facilitate coordination between new hires and teams.
• Maintain organized trackers and candidate information to streamline the recruitment workflow.
