Internship Overview and Responsibilities
The chosen intern will engage daily in sourcing candidates for diverse client positions spanning technology and non-technical roles, including specialized profiles. This involves leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, Boolean search techniques, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Create targeted job descriptions tailored to attract suitable candidates rather than broad generic ads.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes, followed by phone or video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability, motivation, notice periods, and basic qualifications.
- Develop and manage an organized talent pipeline per client mandate, monitoring candidate progress from sourcing through to job offer stages.
- Arrange interviews between candidates and client hiring teams, ensuring timely follow-ups for feedback on both ends.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them engaged and well-informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate closely with the founding team to grasp client-specific hiring standards and role particulars, adjusting sourcing methods accordingly.
- Keep detailed, accurate records of candidates and open mandates.
- Identify mandates encountering challenges early and propose innovative sourcing strategies to overcome them.
