About the Role
Join Sankar Group as a Human Resources (HR) intern and gain practical exposure to core HR functions including HR operations, HR branding, human resource information systems (HRIS), and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications. This internship provides a fast-paced, engaging environment where you will contribute to the HR team's daily activities and various projects supporting employee engagement and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding by coordinating interview schedules and preparing onboarding documentation.
- Contribute to HR branding by aiding in social media campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and employer branding events.
- Manage and update employee information accurately within the HRIS platform, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support the organization and facilitation of employee training sessions covering diverse HR topics.
- Participate in performance management efforts including gathering feedback and aiding in performance review processes.
- Help administer employee benefits, encompassing enrollments, communications, and addressing related inquiries.
- Collaborate on special HR projects such as diversity and inclusion efforts, HR data analytics, and continuous process enhancements.

- Availability for a remote internship role.
- Ability to commence the internship between September 18, 2026 and October 23, 2026.
- Commitment to a six-month full-time internship duration.
- Possession of relevant skills and interest in human resources.
