The intern will actively participate in sourcing potential employees, screening applications, coordinating interview processes, maintaining applicant tracking system records, engaging with candidates, and enhancing the organization's employer branding through social media or career events.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract suitable candidates by leveraging platforms such as job boards, social media networks, and professional communities.
- Evaluate resumes meticulously to determine alignment with job criteria and requirements.
- Arrange interviews by managing scheduling among candidates, hiring personnel, and recruiters.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate data, notes, and recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with applicants by addressing inquiries and updating them on their application status.
- Support employer brand enhancement initiatives including creating social media content and participating in recruitment fairs.
