This role offers a valuable chance to immerse yourself in recruitment processes and HR functions within an innovative, product-driven software company based in Ahmedabad.
Internship Responsibilities
- Assist in candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and managing job advertisements to streamline recruitment efforts.
- Support coordination and execution of employee training sessions and development initiatives alongside the HR department.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases regularly to ensure data integrity.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and systems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to generate engaging internal communications that foster employee connection.
- Engage in projects aimed at boosting employee engagement and overall workplace satisfaction.
- Offer innovative suggestions to refine existing HR procedures and policies.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting 6 months, starting between Sept 15, 2026, and Oct 20, 2026.
- Motivation to learn and a deep interest in HR practices are essential.
- Proficiency in English communication, especially spoken skills, and a solid understanding of recruitment processes are required.
Stipend and Benefits
- Monthly stipend range from ₹9,000 to ₹16,000, structured as a fixed component of ₹4,000 to ₹6,000 plus incentives between ₹5,000 and ₹10,000.
