About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience working directly with the core team of TringBox on critical projects spanning sales, business development, hiring, human resources, finance, operations, marketing, client relations, and more. Interns will take full responsibility for their assigned tasks, involving problem analysis, research, coordination, and ensuring project execution.

Responsibilities include supporting sales efforts by identifying potential clients, conducting research, outreach preparation, lead follow-ups, and assisting in client meetings. Managing client relationships by coordinating with current clients, addressing their needs, tracking pending tasks, and maintaining excellent service is also a key function.

Additional tasks cover hiring and HR support such as sourcing candidates, screening, interview scheduling, onboarding processes, and related projects. Interns will contribute to marketing and social media strategies via content creation, campaign development, competitor analysis, and basic creative work.

The role involves aiding business analysis through Excel-based data research, management information systems, financial evaluations, preparing presentations, documentation, and other strategic initiatives. Flexibility to assist different teams and assume ownership of varied functions as needed is essential.

Interns are expected to propose process improvements and independently run experiments instead of waiting for detailed instructions. Ideal candidates are proactive self-starters eager to learn, communicate effectively, solve problems, face new challenges, and complete tasks efficiently.

Internship Details
