About the Internship

Micron Platers, a firm specializing in manufacturing precious metal chemicals and silver-based compounds used in industrial sectors like pharmaceuticals and chemicals, is seeking a Quality Control Systems & Analytical Specifications Intern. The internship focuses on enhancing the digitalization of quality control workflows and aiding the creation of an in-house Quality Management System (QMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive catalogue detailing all existing company products.
• Gather and organize product-specific data from internal records and production logs.
• Document current testing procedures and determine necessary QC tests for each product.
• Support the preparation of quality control registers and lab records.
• Contribute to drafting foundational quality control standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and maintenance of all QC-related data.

Requirements

• Applicants should hold or be pursuing a B.Sc or M.Sc degree in chemistry or chemical engineering.
• Open to fresh graduates and students currently studying.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles, laboratory testing, and analytical methodologies is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong documentation skills required.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with analytical capabilities.
• An interest in ERP systems, QMS concepts, and process digitization is favorable.

Eligibility

Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting three months, based in Mumbai, with a start date between September 24, 2026, and October 29, 2026. Candidates should possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for the role.

Compensation and Perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹7,000 to ₹10,000 and includes the benefit of a letter of recommendation upon completion.
