About the Internship

You will be involved daily in securing sponsorships and managing sponsor relationships for our upcoming sports expo. Tasks include identifying potential sponsors, creating engaging proposals, and ensuring sponsor benefits are fulfilled effectively. Coordination with the events team is essential to implement branding and promotional activities smoothly during the event, as well as developing attendee engagement opportunities that promote meaningful sponsor interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Spot and approach prospective sponsors to obtain financial backing for the sports expo.
• Create persuasive sponsorship proposals and presentations that highlight partnership advantages.
• Build and maintain constructive, ongoing relationships with sponsors to foster mutual benefits.
• Manage sponsor-related matters such as logo placements, recognition, and benefit delivery.
• Work alongside the events team to organize and execute the expo, ensuring all sponsorship activations and logistics are well-coordinated.
• Supervise sponsor presence at the event including branded booths, signage, and marketing materials.
• Formulate strategies to drive attendee participation with sponsors, making the experience engaging and memorable.
• Enable networking opportunities between sponsors and attendees to maximize partnership impact.
• Conduct evaluations after the event to assess sponsorship outcomes and overall success.
• Prepare detailed reports capturing metrics, feedback, and insights to guide future sponsorship planning and improve event delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

The internship is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore, starting between 23rd September 2026 and 28th October 2026, for a duration of two months. Applicants must possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.
