About the Internship
Join ImmersiWorks Games as an intern responsible for supporting the launch and operational setup of their inaugural gaming zone in Bangalore. This role involves hands-on work in venue setup, marketing, research, and collaborating closely with the founder to ensure a successful launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the launch and setup of the company’s first gaming zone in Bangalore.
- Visit and analyze other gaming zones and entertainment venues to understand their customer experience, operations, staffing, and capacity; travel expenses will be covered.
- Contribute to the creation of the Operations Playbook and Rulebook addressing diverse customer and operational scenarios.
- Run marketing campaigns on Instagram and locally to promote the gaming zone.
- Identify marketing opportunities in the HSR area and liaise with vendors and partners for execution.
- Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing materials.
- Perform customer and market research activities.
- Manage coordination with contractors, vendors, and service providers during venue preparation.
- Maintain detailed task lists, timelines, and follow-ups to guarantee timely completion of all activities.
- Collaborate directly with the Founder on projects related to the launch.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to work full-time in-office in Bangalore.
- Available to commence internship between October 6, 2026, and November 10, 2026.
- Must commit to a 3-month internship duration.
- Bangalore-based candidates only.
- Relevant skills and enthusiasm for gaming are required; fresh graduates may apply.
- Comfortable with calling and engaging new people, proactive in task management and follow-through, organized and willing to travel across Bangalore as required.
- No prior experience in marketing, operations, or venue management needed; training will be provided.

Additional Information & Terms
- Stipend: 10,000 to 12,000 INR per month.
