About the Internship
ImmersiWorks Games is offering a full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore, focused on the establishment and launch of the company's first gaming zone. This role involves working closely with the Founder on various launch initiatives, conducting in-depth analysis of competitor gaming zones and entertainment venues, and developing operational guidelines and marketing strategies. The internship also involves executing local and Instagram marketing campaigns, coordinating vendor partnerships, managing printing and deployment of promotional materials, performing customer and market research, and ensuring smooth venue setup through contractor and vendor coordination. The intern will actively maintain task lists and timelines to ensure timely completion of all required activities.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between 7th October 2026 and 11th November 2026, with a commitment of 3 months.
- Candidates should reside in Bangalore.
- No prior experience in marketing, operations, or venue management is necessary as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Fresh graduates from any discipline are welcome to apply.
- Applicants should have strong interest and skills in areas like leadership, event and team management, digital marketing, vendor management, project management, and business development.
- Comfort with making phone calls and interacting with new people is essential.
- Passion for gaming and genuine interest in games is desired.
- Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore for work purposes is required.
- Highly organized, proactive individuals who are adept at task tracking and follow-up are preferred.

Additional Information
- This internship includes a monthly stipend from INR 10,000 to 12,000.

- Outstanding interns may be considered for permanent roles in Operations, Business Development, or Marketing with an expected annual salary ranging between INR 240,000 and 300,000.
