General Management Internship (Remote)

Internship Overview

This internship offers the opportunity to support the overall management functions at Wiso Energy Solutions remotely. The company specializes in comprehensive EPC services and engineering consultancy for ground-mounted solar photovoltaic power projects, founded by alumni of IIM with strong electrical engineering design backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist virtually with key support roles across marketing, human resources, administration, finance, and operational functions directly under the guidance of the founder and co-founder.
• Execute all administrative and operations-related duties to facilitate smooth company workflows.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available to work from home full-time.
• Availability to commence the internship between October 18, 2026, and November 22, 2026.
• Commitment to the internship duration of three months is mandatory.
• Possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in general management duties.
• Priority given to women eager to initiate or resume their career paths.
• Applicants should be full-time available and not enrolled as students.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Effective spoken and written communication in English.
• Ability to speak Hindi fluently.

Compensation and Benefits

• The internship stipend is set at INR 7000 per month.
• Selected interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
