About the Internship

Join EnterpriseSI for a full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore, focused on full stack development with emphasis on AI integrations. EnterpriseSI is a technology-driven company delivering AI accelerators, secure development environments, and talent transformation solutions to aid firms in leveraging AI effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop user interface components using React and TypeScript.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs leveraging Node.js and Express frameworks.
• Manage data storage and retrieval using MongoDB and SQL databases.
• Create large language model (LLM) functionalities in Python, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, chatbots, and simple agents with LangChain and LangGraph tools.
• Integrate external APIs and services, specifically those related to LLMs.
• Troubleshoot issues, write tests, and engage in collaborative code reviews to maintain quality.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be able to undertake a full-time, onsite internship in Bangalore for a continuous period of three months.
• Should be available to start between September 24, 2026, and October 29, 2026.
• Applicants should have relevant technical skills and a keen interest in full stack and AI-based development projects.
• Open to women seeking to begin or resume their professional career.
• Ideal candidates include Computer Science Engineering students, fresh graduates, and freshers looking for job experience.
• Academic qualifications preferred: B.Tech, B.E., or M.Tech degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related fields.

Compensation and Incentives

• The monthly stipend ranges from INR 12,000 to INR 16,000.
• Successful interns may receive a certificate recognizing their contributions and completion.

• High-performing interns can expect a potential job offer with an annual salary around INR 400,000 upon successful conversion.
