GrowthGear is offering an opportunity for an enthusiastic Full Stack Developer Intern to engage in end-to-end product development by working on both frontend and backend components. The frontend environment is built on React JS, while the backend primarily utilizes Python along with LangGraph-based AI workflows. This role is perfect for candidates passionate about crafting seamless user interfaces and developing robust API and backend logic integrated with AI-driven application flows.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and build new frontend features utilizing React JS.
- Develop backend APIs and application logic using Python.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of LangGraph and AI agent-based workflows.
- Integrate frontend elements with backend services and AI systems smoothly.
- Work on diverse product components including dashboards, chat interfaces, workflow builders, and reporting tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack to boost performance, stability, and user experience.
- Participate in product brainstorming, detailed implementation, and architectural decisions.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and production-quality code.
Required Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient hands-on experience with React JS, coupled with a solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Good command over Python programming.
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON formats, client-server models, and asynchronous programming workflows.
- Basic knowledge of databases and data manipulation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities along with eagerness to learn quickly.
- Ability to operate effectively within a startup setting and take ownership of tasks.
Additional Skills
- Experience or familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or AI agent workflows.
- Exposure to Python backend frameworks such as FastAPI.
- Understanding of databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Previous involvement with large language model-based products, chat systems, or data-focused applications.
- Awareness of product mindset and UI/UX design principles.
- History of developing side projects or successfully shipping functional features.
