About the Internship
This internship involves assisting senior mentors in conducting sessions on full stack development, covering both front-end and back-end technologies. Interns will help learners by addressing their queries, reviewing code submissions, and providing feedback to enhance understanding. They will guide hands-on projects to ensure solid grasp of key development concepts. Contributions towards creating guided projects, assignments, and instructional content are expected. Monitoring learner progress and providing timely support will be integral, as will facilitating group discussions, peer reviews, and collaborative coding activities. Staying abreast of current web development technologies and trends is essential to offer relevant guidance. Documentation of learner challenges, progress, and mentoring activities will be maintained to support internal tracking. The role emphasizes fostering an engaging, inclusive, and motivating learning atmosphere.
