About the internship
About the Internship
As an intern in the Founders Office at CapitalXB, you will play a crucial role in supporting everyday technology and business operations. Your responsibilities will span troubleshooting routine issues, liaising with technology and business units to assess system and process requirements, and proactively identifying possibilities to enhance automation and streamline workflows. The role involves hands-on usage of AI applications, Excel, Power BI, and various digital tools aimed at boosting operational efficiency. Additionally, you will assist in pilot testing and deployment of new technologies and systems, as well as perform operational data analysis and generate fundamental MIS reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship.
- Must be able to commence the internship between September 11, 2026, and October 16, 2026.
- The internship duration is 6 months.
- Should possess relevant skills and demonstrate a strong interest in the role.
- Educational qualification of MBA or PGDM.
- Open to freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Strong aptitude for technology and analytics is essential.
- Comfortable working with AI, automation, and digital tools.
- Must be a quick learner and able to engage in hands-on tasks.
Stipend and Perks
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 25,000. Interns will also be awarded a certificate upon successful completion of the internship period.
