Overview of the Role
Join Clinixsphere as a Field Sales Intern in Patna, where you'll engage directly with medical clinics to promote our innovative B2B SaaS platform designed to empower independent healthcare providers. This internship offers hands-on experience in field sales, client relationship management, and B2B negotiation within a fast-growing digital health environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled in-person visits to predefined clinics throughout Patna, based on appointments coordinated by the inside sales team.
- Present the capabilities and benefits of Clinixsphere's platform and digital marketing solutions to healthcare professionals and clinic administrators.
- Address client objections with confidence, negotiate subscription agreements, and secure new clients.
- Facilitate onboarding processes and nurture post-sale engagements to maintain client retention.
- Accurately document daily visits and collect feedback using the CRM system.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship commencing between September 24, 2026, and October 29, 2026, lasting four months.
- Women interested in starting or restarting their careers and fresh graduates seeking employment are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English are essential, along with good familiarity with Patna's local geography.
- Experience or comfort in B2B sales, medical or pharmaceutical sales representation, or direct sales roles is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, achieve targets, and comfortably travel within the city for fieldwork.
Stipend and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranges from ₹7,000 to ₹27,000, comprising a fixed component (₹5,000 - ₹7,000) and performance-based incentives (₹2,000 - ₹20,000).
- Successful interns may receive a job offer with an annual salary between ₹360,000 and ₹540,000 upon permanent employment.
