Join Tradexa Technologies as an intern focused on developing backend applications using Python and Django REST Framework. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side systems alongside integration of RESTful APIs for various platforms. Collaborate closely with frontend developers, data engineers, and product teams to ensure robust, scalable, and fast performing solutions. Gain hands-on experience working with diverse data models, including SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and DynamoDB. You'll also be responsible for writing well-documented and reusable code, participating in code reviews, debugging, and ongoing performance enhancements. Stay abreast of modern software engineering techniques and emerging technologies to continually improve your contributions.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants should be available for a full-time, in-office internship with a duration of 6 months, commencing between August 17 and September 21, 2026. The internship is open to individuals with appropriate skills or interests, including fresh graduates exploring job opportunities. Candidates must possess relevant technical backgrounds to meet the role's requirements effectively.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Practical experience in Python programming.
- Worked with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Proficient in designing and consuming REST APIs and working within microservices architectures.
- Strong grasp of database schema design, ORM usage, particularly Django ORM.
- Experienced with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of cloud technology, especially AWS, is advantageous, with preference given to AWS Lambda expertise.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities combined with effective communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 15,000 to INR 17,100. Upon successful completion and conversion to a full-time employee, the expected annual salary ranges between INR 300,000 and INR 324,000. Additional benefits include a certificate of internship completion, a letter of recommendation, a relaxed dress code, five working days per week, and potential job placement.
