Apni Pathshala is a nonprofit organization devoted to reforming education using a decentralized approach. We equip community leaders with essential tools such as computers to set up micro-schools, homeschools, or alternative educational environments. Our focus lies in enhancing digital literacy, fostering skill development, and promoting community-driven learning. Our goal is to build self-supporting educational ecosystems tailored to the unique needs of local communities, while encouraging innovation and inclusivity.

Internship Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update at least three WordPress websites regularly.
• Create new web pages, add features, and expand website sections.
• Address bugs, manage plugins, themes, and integrations effectively.
• Ensure websites function responsively, securely, and are optimized for performance.
• Oversee site performance metrics including uptime, backups, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Apply Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques, enhance website speed, and improve user interface design.
• Keep basic technical documentation and generate reports on website status.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Must be available for a full-time, onsite internship throughout the entire six-month duration.
• Should be able to commence between September 12, 2026, and October 17, 2026.
• Applicants must reside in Palghar, Mumbai, Nala Sopara, or Vasai-Virar areas.
• Relevant skills and keen interest in WordPress development are necessary.
• Women aiming to initiate or re-enter their careers are especially encouraged to apply.

Additional Information and Perks

• Internship duration: 6 months, with immediate start availability.
• Monthly stipend ranges from INR 5,500 to INR 13,000.
