About the Internship
As a content writing intern at Urbanroof, you will engage in comprehensive research on market, industry, and audience trends related to real estate, home maintenance, waterproofing, structural health, and proptech. This research will guide the formulation of a monthly content strategy. You will create diverse content that fuels our paid advertising funnel, including crafting ad copies, headlines, landing-page texts, video and reel scripts, and messaging for WhatsApp and email campaigns.
Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will analyze advertisement and lead generation performance, providing insights to refine copy and creative concepts to enhance conversion rates. You'll monitor competitor content within our domain and advise on effective strategies to adopt, test, or avoid.
You'll be responsible for maintaining an organized content calendar, accumulating a collection of successful hooks, and developing reusable copy templates for future use. Additionally, coordination with designers, video editors, and the marketing team will ensure timely delivery of scripts and creative materials.
Producing clear, accessible blogs, FAQs, and social media posts that translate inspection findings into simple terms will be part of your duties.
