This internship is an opportunity to work as a video editor with a content creator specializing in skincare, makeup, and lifestyle content. The focus is on crafting visually appealing videos that tell engaging stories targeted at women interested in beauty and lifestyle, particularly skincare related to Korean products.
Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video content suitable for platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate closely with the lead creator to brainstorm and implement video ideas.
- Create seamless transitions, captivating cuts, and trendy editing styles that align with the brand’s visual identity.
- Incorporate text overlays, sound effects, and motion graphics as appropriate to enhance videos.
- Keep updated with the latest social media and audio trends as well as popular editing techniques.
- Efficiently organize and manage raw footage to ensure quick delivery times.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut.
- Good understanding of social media video formats such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Keen sense of pacing, rhythm, and syncing audio with visuals.
- Basic skills in color grading and motion graphics.
- Strong visual storytelling and design sensibility.
