About the Internship

This internship involves handling content bug tickets to enhance digital educational content quality. Interns will be responsible for reviewing reported issues, accurately implementing corrections on digital slides or content, verifying fix effectiveness, meeting productivity goals, and maintaining precise ticket status updates. Those interested are expected to work remotely with strong attention to detail and proficiency in web-based tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prioritize and address assigned content bug reports, assessing issues along with suggested corrective measures.
• Access relevant slides or online educational content to make precise adjustments as needed.
• Confirm that implemented fixes effectively resolve the reported problems before closing tickets.
• Achieve daily productivity benchmarks while upholding high standards in accuracy and consistency.
• Identify unclear or inconsistent fixes, request clarifications, and update ticket statuses accurately.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Must be able to work remotely and commit full-time availability from October 10, 2026, to November 14, 2026, for a duration of two months.
• Should possess relevant skills and interests pertinent to content quality and management.
• Recommended for candidates pursuing or recently graduated in Computer Science Engineering.
• Must exhibit fast and precise keyboard and mouse use with ability to manage multiple browser tabs and tools efficiently.
• Stable internet connection with no disruptions during working hours is mandatory.
• Strong observational skills to accurately detect and fix content errors.
• Capability to quickly understand workflows and maintain consistent productivity from start.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to handle large workloads consistently.
• Comfortable utilizing web-based platforms such as Google Slides, Google Docs, and related tools.
• Open to students, fresh graduates, or others available for full-time engagement.

Stipend and Benefits

The internship stipend ranges between INR 6000 to 7500 per month. Participants will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
