About the Internship
This internship focuses on supporting SkillOrbit's mission by interacting with potential learners to understand their career aspirations and educational needs. The intern will recommend appropriate courses, communicate their benefits clearly, and manage the complete lead generation and enrollment process while maintaining CRM records. The role also involves meeting enrollment targets and fostering strong customer relationships to enhance learner satisfaction. Interns will provide feedback and market insights to help refine sales and marketing approaches.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective learners to comprehend their career objectives and educational preferences.
- Suggest relevant SkillOrbit programs and effectively articulate their advantages.
- Generate, qualify, and pursue leads via calls, messaging, and email communications.
- Handle inquiries, overcome objections, and assist prospects throughout enrollment procedures.
- Maintain precise records of leads and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets consistently.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to create positive learning experiences.
- Relay learner feedback and market data to Sales & Marketing teams for continuous improvement.
