About the Internship
As a Marketing Intern at SkillOrbit, you will play an active role in identifying and engaging potential customers across multiple channels such as outbound calls, emails, social media, referrals, and digital campaigns. You will understand customer needs to recommend suitable products and programs, deliver compelling product presentations, handle queries, and convert leads into customers.
Your duties also include managing the sales funnel by maintaining follow-ups, updating CRM databases, and moving prospects smoothly from inquiry through to conversion. Building and nurturing relationships with both prospective and current customers will be essential to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
You'll support marketing campaigns across offline and digital platforms aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving lead generation. Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and conversion targets will be important through well-planned sales and marketing strategies. Conducting market research to track customer trends, competitor analysis, and discovering new opportunities will contribute to strategic decision-making.
Collaboration with various departments such as marketing, product, and operations will ensure seamless campaign execution and resolution of customer issues. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback, along with identifying common objections and market needs, will help you provide actionable insights to improve offerings and sales tactics.
Maintaining meticulous records of leads, calls, meetings, and campaign results, and preparing regular reports for management will be part of your responsibilities.
