Internship Overview
As a Business Development intern at Asknlearn Private Limited, you will enhance your sales aptitude and negotiation capabilities within an energetic and fast-evolving environment. Strong command of both written and spoken English is vital for effective interactions with clients and the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and prospective clients by conducting market research and building networks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Deliver sales presentations and product demos to potential customers.
- Maintain and nurture ongoing client relationships to encourage repeat business and generate referrals.
- Draft proposals, agreements, and sales reports to monitor and evaluate performance.
- Work jointly with marketing and product divisions to plan and execute sales promotions and campaigns.
- Actively seek feedback and participate in training to continually improve sales techniques and outcomes.
Candidate Eligibility
Candidates should be available for remote work and ready to begin between October 1 and November 5, 2026, committing to a four-month internship. Compensation & Benefits
The stipend ranges from ₹6,000 to ₹20,000 per month, structured as a fixed component of ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 and an additional incentive pay of ₹1,000 to ₹10,000 monthly. On successful transition to a full-time role, a salary package of ₹300,000 per annum is expected. Additional perks include a certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, job offer possibility, and a five-day workweek.
