About the Internship

This internship involves performing outreach by making outbound calls to potential clients, trade collaborators, interior designers, and corporate contacts. The intern will clearly communicate Rustic Stone's product features, value proposition, and brand philosophy to prospects. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, understanding client needs, pursuing regular follow-ups to close deals, maintaining an accurate log of client interactions and pipeline progress, and supporting market research and lead generation efforts.

Who Should Apply

• Candidates must be available for a full-time internship, based in-office in Gurgaon.
• Applicants should be able to begin anytime from September 15th to October 20th, 2026, and commit to a 6-month duration.
• Applicants must possess related skills and interests relevant to the responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits

The stipend offered ranges between ₹13,500 and ₹25,000 per month, consisting of a fixed component (₹12,500-15,000/month) and incentives (₹1,000-10,000/month). Additional perks include certificate of internship completion, letter of recommendation from the company, flexible working hours, and a casual dress code.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong proficiency and confidence in spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Working personal laptop required to manage daily assignments and client records.
• Comfort and enthusiasm for making frequent calls throughout the day is essential.
• Self-motivated with persuasive communication, active listening skills, and goal-oriented mindset.
