This internship offers an opportunity to actively engage with customers, handling both inbound and outbound communications through calls, chats, and emails. You'll assist in resolving customer queries and concerns efficiently while coordinating with internal teams to guarantee prompt issue resolution. Maintaining detailed records of customer conversations and follow-ups is vital. Additionally, you will contribute to daily operational tasks aimed at enhancing customer experience workflows and proactively identify recurring challenges to suggest improvements.
Candidate Eligibility
