About the internship
About the Internship
This internship involves engaging with potential business clients by making over 100 outbound calls daily to introduce Instawork’s platform and its benefits clearly to business owners and key decision-makers.
Interns will support potential partners through onboarding and help them navigate the initial steps on the platform. They will also maintain detailed records of all interactions, responses, and follow-up activities within CRM tools, targeting daily and weekly call goals while ensuring each communication is of high quality. Additionally, interns will collaborate with internal teams to pass along qualified leads for further engagement.
Sharing market insights, quality assessments of leads, and feedback on common objections with the team is another crucial responsibility aimed at refining outreach strategies.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Internship commencement should be between September 21, 2026 and October 26, 2026.
- Available for a 6-month period.
- Exhibit relevant skills and interests in business development activities.
Additional Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills in Kannada and English; knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette with persuasive communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational, time-management skills, and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in calling, telecalling, sales, customer support, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented work environment.
