Intern Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2C clients.
• Help maintain an up-to-date lead database.
• Communicate with clients through phone calls and emails.
• Assess client business requirements and recommend fitting insurance options.
• Support the creation of proposals and presentations.
• Manage sales pipelines and associated documentation.
• Organize data entry tasks and document management.
• Maintain accurate and thorough CRM records.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with leading financial influencers to enhance conversion campaigns.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹22,000 to ₹30,000.
• Fixed component: ₹20,000 per month.
• Performance incentives between ₹2,000 and ₹10,000 per month.
• Opportunities for a job offer with a salary between ₹400,000 and ₹500,000 annually upon successful transition to a full-time employee.
