Key Responsibilities
- Interpret business and client needs to derive actionable tasks.
- Analyze various data sets including sales, marketing, business operations, and performance metrics.
- Create comprehensive MIS reports and dashboards on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles.
- Monitor KPIs, targets, and overall business performance indicators.
- Spot trends, deficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement based on data insights.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and SEO teams.
- Compile reports and deliver presentations for higher management.
- Ensure alignment of project deliverables with client and business requirements.
- Document business processes, workflows, and observations meticulously.
- Assist management in making decisions grounded in data analysis.
- Conduct competitor and market research as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of reports.
